Purchase Minimums
Allied Bolt has no dollar amount restrictions (minimum) on the total value of a purchase order o toon the line item total for a multi-line purchase order. However, Allied Bolt only sells full carton quantities per item even though several items are provided with “inner pack quantities.”
Drop Shipments
To assist customers in lowering freight costs and reducing lead-times, Allied Bolt provides drop-ship services to third parties at no additional cost. Customer can simply provide a “ship to” and “bill to” address on a purchase order. Customer must provide any additional reference numbers to company the shipment on the original purchase order.
Freight Charges
When submitting purchase orders, customers must indicate on the purchase order itself whatever negotiated freight terms apply. Please check with an Allied Bolt representative to determine what, if any, freight allowed terms exist for a particular shipping location.
Return of Merchandise
Unless other terms are negotiated with a particular customer, by means of a written Supply Agreement, Allied Bolt does not accept returns of material for reasons of “stock rotation” or “mistakes in ordering.” All sales are considered final.
The only exception to abovementioned return policy is if Allied Bolt issues a recall on a particular item. In that instance, Allied Bolt’s policy is to provide a written RMA for those good to be returned. Allied Bolt does not provide “verbal RMAs.” RMAs expire 90 days after issuance.
Promise Ship Dates
Allied Bolt has standard lead-times for each product sold. Those lead-times are only estimates and the actual delivery lead-times may vary. When purchase orders are received by Allied Bolt, a promise ship date is provided. That date is usually more accurate than any provided lead-time. However, sometimes due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, deliveries are delayed. Should this happen, Allied Bolt will try every step to minimize any inconvenience.
Allied Bolt does not accept any responsibility for any consequential losses caused by (a) late shipment(s).
